Blue painters tape

I've seen it where blue painter's tape was put on the front and wheel wells of cars as sort of a poor man's car bra.

Used to see it all the time in Autocross..

It's not new. A friend of mine, when I lived in OKC, had a gutted 1991 Honda Civic hatch that was completely done in blue painter's tape, back in 2011. It looked pretty good for a while, actually.

I've seen quite a few peeps around the neighborhood put blue bulbs in their porch lights. I can dig it, but my concern would be vandals. People generally suck these days and may do more than just bust out a light bulb. I already know of someone who came out to a busted windshield simply because he had a blue lives matter-thin blue line decal on his truck. This was in N. Dallas.

I race with the OK-speed guys, I dont remember a Derek, though that doesnt mean anything.

And they do the painter's tape so that they can easily strip it off and change the car up to their taste and to fit in whatever series they are running.

That makes sense. I don't know the OK-Speed guys, but I did know a Derek in my programming class at UCO that had a gutted 1991 Civic Hatch that was completely done in blue painter's tape.
