Buying my first house

I would check the local city/county building codes for the shop first. When the ex and I bought our house on .92 acre I thought I would be able to build a steel building. Come to find out that if the building was over 200 sq ft, it had to be 80% masonry.

I doubt that around here. It seems like every house around has a steel building/work shop on it so I'm not really worried about that.
