Any of y'all hiring? I don't feel like I make the same kind of money as everyone in here.

If you book a private transfer I use Lomas Travel and you can get a private car pick up and drop off instead of a van or taxi.

We initially were going to stay in a private casita at the Fairmont, but it was a couple grand more and didn't have 24/7 food and booze. Everything there closed at 11, and for that kind of coin, I don't like the idea of being "cut off", regardless of the hour.
Any recommendations for the best fishing excursions there? I've seen some different packages, and just wonder if they are all about the same. I'd like to catch something big.

"Limitless Privileges", which is just all-inclusive with 24 hour in-room dining and drinks plus a bunch of the activities thrown in. Also got a honeymoon package to step it up and some hotel credits for the spa or whatever. I have pretty high expectations, so I hope I'm not let down in any way.

Tipping is of course not needed, but bringing singles will step up your service even more (a little goes a LONG way). Also checkout if they do the cabana rentals there. You will probably have a dedicated guy who will make sure you are taken care of, and the cabana service is awesome on the beach.
I haven't left the resort I've stayed at except for going to Coco Bongo in Playa all night so I don't have any viable fishing excursion recommendations there.

You will love the service levels at the AMR Resort properties, they are my favorite all inclusive brand in Mexico hands down.

I don't mind paying for the service, but money wouldn't matter - they just flat out shut down at 11. We tend to start our drinking late and get good and drunk and then eat right before we crash. It will be nice at this other place to be able to get food (and more drinks) at midnight or even 3 AM if we feel like it.
All you can eat jerky included?
