It is absolute bullshit that they can use tactics that would be a crime if I did it in a combat zone. You don't fucking use high explosives and bomb robots against a shooter. That's bullshit. SWAT with a rifle? Sure. High explosives? Fuck you.

He fought the law. The law won. He was a mass murderer on the loose and law enforcement has the duty to protect the public. Had he "threatened" to take a persons life, that is a different situation. He was armed, he was shooting....therefore you take out the suspect.
