He's the real deal. I know he builds for T1 race development and they have a 2500 awhp gtr.

He does all of T1s engines. They keep him pretty busy.

I hear he will only touch 24k gold DOHC V6 motors these days.

not quite. Strictly High End Aluminium blue print, machine work and assembly only. No Cast Iron work or push rod anything really. strictly the high end over head exotics are what's driving his business and clientele base. He will expedite, but not to many common folks can afford that pricing.

I'm not laughing. Have you seen the work? When you have twice the runners and valves..... don't be surprised at that kind of price. Trevor J's head work is some of the best around, and has been for years.

Well the guy isn't very knowlegable about what he has. He doesn't know if its a forged crank and rods. And I'm getting the feeling it was built a while ago and has been sitting... No worth my time/money.

if he does not have a receipt from " Watt's Shop" showing, at the very least, when it was built, the machine work and assembly Labor. If not, he doesn't have a "watt's shop motor".

you can also ask when it was built, because watt stopped doing dirt track style iron motors quite a few years ago, and they were going for a premium.

I don't think you could pay him enough today for a conventional Iron build. Just flat out not worth his time anymore when his time is worth more else where with the high end exotics. Ferrari's Lambo's & GTR's.

This is where his time is best invested for him, these days.

Good associate of mine. we built alot of horse power together, and worked on alot of exotic stuff together.

I can't get shit done over there any more.
