    A Fort Worth police captain is in custody for suspected drunk driving

    The report not made public is he was parked in the left lane of traffic for over an hour before someone finally hit him.

    When they got him out of the car his comments " I'm drunk".....

    The family of the car that hit him will be calling the Law Hawk.

    So much for the City of Ft. Worth Pension Plan not going completely broke.

    I saw the story an hour or two ago.. Charged with intoxication assault.. And he was in a FWPD owned SUV!
