The syncroshift is hilarious if you have the habit of wobbling the gear shift when your coming to a light to ensure it's in neutral. The engine sings you a nice song trying to guess which gear your're going into.

I have that habit. Now I need to find a friend that has a 370Z with that so I can try it out LMAO!

I would go for the second one, either will need both rails but the first one most likely has firewall damage from the pole pushing the engine into it.
