I have a contact in the Forney area.

On that note, I wonder how my neighbors roof is doing. His roof has been demo and now only has that tar tarp on it. He might be hating life.

I was hearing rumors Forney is set for another 40k homes in the next 10 years.

Not sure. The current phase us almot built out. The next phase is 2 part with 180 lots per part. Beezer and pulte are developing a large section of it towards ranch road.

I couldn't tell you how many total are planned though
