You can get a MetroPCS phone, have it activated and it will have 4g service in a certain area(Lake Whitney area)...BUT a T-Mobile phone on their network will not have service in that same area
I don't get it...Its the same fucking company and Towers. I've asked them multiple times and so far nobody has been able to give me a reason why

If I was back in DFW, I would switch back to Tmo in a heartbeat due to the better pricing. The first thing that would always happen as soon as I got out of town and off the interstate was my phone ceased to work. When I had to move back to East Texas I had to switch to Verizon as that is the only service with the coverage I have to have. Getting @ssraped by Verizon for just under $300/month sucks though. Oddly though as pointed out in an earlier post Tmo is the best US company for use abroad despite their sometimes iffy coverage at home.
