I drink them all, but have recently just switched to 5 hours. I mix them with a quart of water and use them when on 20-48 hour work tasks. Regardless of how much caffeine you take in, after about 36 hours you might as well have drank a case of beer in most cases. The best option is power naps if you can do so.
I like the water with caffeine since I believe it is a little better on the body. Plus, when doing those staying hydrated is important as well.
