They offer full refunds for no negative feedback and if you don't accept there offer they complain to eBay and get it wiped off for "doing the right thing" even if you don't accept there money. At least that was my experience.

I've been buying for years, I've only had to send back two things and I've always received a full refund. Both things were DOA. I always buy from 100% sellers rating, buy now, USA, free shipping, full refund and I've bought over a hundred items.
