The fit isn't really the problem. The problem is putting your kid in the car. If they are still small, then you'll have to bend over a lot to put them into the seat. Most toddlers should be able to get in themselves but you'll still be bending over the buckle them in. Also, if the kid is sleeping, you're going to kill yourself getting them in or out.

If you're dead set on a coupe, go check out a Challenger. The back seat is huge when compared to the Stang or Camaro. I found it relatively easy to step into the back and put my boy in or take him out. He helped me out by napping the entire time.

Be sure your insurance covers chiropractor adjustments. You'll be needing it.
I didn't even think of when she falls asleep on the way home from...EVERYWHERE. Good point. So convertible it is. lol
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

This was the exact reason I traded my Mustang it. It was too much of a PITA getting an infant car seat in and out of the back

We have a car seat similar (if not exactly the same) to that one in the back seat of my BRZ. Front seat is uncomfortable for anyone if the kid is in the back, but it works for short distances. The problem I have with the BRZ is that the back seats have a pretty deep bucket-seat bottom, so the car seat has to be cinched down really tight to get it done.

Keith, I can bring the '13 over, and you can put the seat in it and try. I think the interiors are close enough to the new ones to compare. I'm down to only one in a booster, and about done with that. That being said, neither kid, 9 or 10 YOs like the back seat of the Stang. They are fine in the truck, and the four doors are much easier.

I guess you need an M5 or Tesla S p90d.

Thanks, Charles. I have the wife talked into test driving the Ecoboost. Almost have her talked into getting one.

We've looked at it financially. I think that she is going to turn her lease in the end of July when it is up. Then she is going to drive my truck for a couple months so she can put the lease payment money she is out each month now, into savings for her down payment. Gives me a few more months to pay stuff down so our revolving debt usage doesn't hurt us in financing.

So she went to the dealership today. First thing she did was toss the kid in the back seat and snap a picture. "See I told you there isn't any leg room for her". No car seat so her legs are straight out in front of her.

After several hours of her looking at Fusions, Escapes, etc. She didn't like any of them except she loved the looks of the mustang. I finally convince her to to back to the mustang and put the seat in there and then see how her knees bend and her feet will hang down. Plenty of room now. She test drove it and she is in love with it.

So, now she is working a deal on the one she wants.

Thanks for all the feedback. She loves her new Mustang. It only took 9hrs at the dealership to make it happen though.

I drove one that same color, v6 last weekend. It's a very nice platform, handles great.
