Prepare for the possibility of years of legal matters. My dad's motorcycle accident, where he was hit by a minivan that passed by him going the same direction, decided he needed to turn which put dad impacting just behind the drivers door, put him on the roof of it, carried though an intersection, thrown off the roof into the curb, found unconcious initially, and air lifted for head trauma, took 4 years to settle.
As stated, glad y'all are still kickin, and good luck with the accident. Be prepared to have representation, keep all your records, and hope there were good witnesses.

I keep reliving that moment over and over. I have trouble sleeping. I can't even get up out of bed to go to the bathroom without assistance. I will be losing wages for missed work. I'm going to tell the insurance company. Because it's the truth⚰
