Anyone know about cameras? Mirron inside my sons camera fell off, can he just glue it back or does he need to take it somewhere to get fixed?

You can try gluing it back on with some super glue. Don't use too much or it'll change the angulation of the mirror once it's back in place. It may or may not work.
You don't really have much to lose - given the dollar value of that camera it's probably not worth repairing it professionally. If your repair doesn't work I'd probably sell it for parts on Ebay and buy another used Nikon off Ebay.Comment

It's glued from the factory. Personally I'd get an estimate from FW Camera or whoever your local Nikon dealer is and if it's more than $150 or so I'd try it myself.Comment

How did it fall off? I dropped my camera once taking long exposure shots and some similar happened on my lens. I was able to fix it myself, and I know shit about cameras.
There is probably youtube videos on it to help.Comment
