Whats wrong with the Ballpark now? It'll be where the B lot is now, which is the lot behind right field where season ticket holders park. Tax payers will pay $500 million using the existing 1/2 cent sales tax for Jerry World with the team owners picking up the difference. Projecting $73 million more a year in revenue with the new park.
It hasn't been designed yet so no telling what the final product will be. Luckily they won't have to spend that money buying up houses since they already use the property but it's going to suck for parking next season.
