Taking Claritin D and Flonase, does a little but still have a cough and constant running nose. Sleeping with 2 pillows at night so I don't wake up in hell. This year is just going to suck and I have already had 2 sinus infections. Wouldn't be surprised if I get a third.

Try eating some local (your area) Honey, best if taken with hot Tea as a sweetener. It helps me and I don't take anything OTC. I do this every spring and on windy days. If I don't my nose starts running like a naynay after a looting...

Is anyone else dealing with a major flare up? I've been battling symptoms for a month or so now. I can't seem to kick it. I'm going to have to pick up some nasal spray and add that in with the Claritin D.

Anyone using a neti pot to clear out your sinuses?

I started using the drops (alergena) from whole foods, sprouts, amazon etc. Huge difference in the spring, I was having to take benedril just to mow the grass and still had issues. The drops pretty much made my issue go away. Well worth the $20 compares to the years of expensive shots.

I was taking allergy shots years go but stopped after almost died from anaphylactic shock. They let me go around 445 in the afternoon on Friday and closed 15 minutes after I left. After I realized what was going onI turned around and went back to the clinic and was walking through the dark hallway because I heard some voices. They told me I was minutes from passing out. And was very lucky.

My main Allergan is mountain cedar, followed by pecan tree pollen but lately I've been hit with whatever is in the air. I don't know anyone who has allergies worse than I do and I know this is going to be a bad year. Not looking forward to it.

Zertec D here . I use a netti pot if they get bad or if I do a lot of dusty work.

I've been taking the therapy drops for 4 months now. I can't say I've seen any difference yet but I don't usually have many issues this time of year until the season really starts to change. I will say I haven't had a major attack in a while though.

Anyone have any update on this? I'm sick of allergies. Literally and figuratively. I can't even go play a round of golf, regardless of the wearhter, without feeling shitty for the next 4 days. I can't play outside with my son. I can't work in the garage. It's fucking irritating.

I bought some Zyrtec generic Sam's Member's Mark. 400 pills for the cost of 100 Zyrtec. On top of that, last week visited my general practitioner doctor and he gave me some steroid shot that helps with allergies. I'm taking a pill every other day now.

Ive got the same issue, and keep claritin d around so I can survive.
