I use the generic version of Flonase filled through my health insurance. Three bottles runs $12.00 for the copay and lasts me most of a year.

I have had a lifetime of allergy problems. Have had to get shots several times throughout my life etc. I am working outside at an event in october and needed something to REALLY kick it out, i called my allergist and a combination of flonase, azelastine, and genertic zyrtec have 100% cleared me up! one pill a day and 4 squirts solved my issues! SO one antihistamine, one steroid, and one half and half!

More fruits and vegetables. Some article on flipboard was saying that research shows 70% less allergies in those who eat plenty of raw fruits and vegs. Most people barely eat any, so if that article is right, the allergy epidemic is no real surprise.
