          I can't imagine running the five miles in 40 minutes or whatever it is currently but then again, I am an old fat guy.

                      When I was in my best 2 mile run was just under 14 minutes. I don't think I could run 1 mile in that time now.

                        I "ran" a 5k a few months ago. I thought to myself 3 miles, meh, I got this. I think if I'm not mistaken I finished at about 28 minutes and was sore for days. lol
