  • Need copy machine serviced

Alright I've got to make this quick. My boss is cheap when it comes to buying new equipment for the office and our copy machine is probably 10 years old.

It's a Canon NP 6035 and the company listed on the machine has been out to service the machine about 3-4 times in the past couple of weeks and every time something new goes wrong. My boss is getting the idea that they keep fucking it up so he might buy a new model off of them.

I don't know shit about copy machines and don't know where to start looking but our office is located in Farmers Branch/Addison area and we need to have it serviced today or tomorrow so if anyone can help it would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

Don't forget most models of copiers have a hidden hard drive in them with an electronic copy of each paper copy made. I know it is true for all newer models, just research and be sure to take that hard drive out of there and run a drill through it before ya'll give it up.

Nearly every digital copier built since 2002 contains a hard drive -
like the one on your personal computer - storing an image of every document copied, scanned, or emailed by the machine.

The paper kept jamming up in the machine but that is fixed now. Now the problem we're having is the screen is un-readable.....
