Have they gotten any better as they claim they have? AT&T sent me an email saying they're gonna put cap on my home internet unless I get a direct tv bundle so I'm thinking about making the switch.

Meh. Though they did upgrade our internet to 100mbps down last year for no reason and no additional charge.

I've dealt with them a few times for service issues and they aren't terrible and will send people out in a day or two if the issue can't be resolved over the phone.

I have a few options out here but I remember when I had TW back in seagoville, they sucked bad! The customer service was bad but so was the service. I hoping i get better service out here in richardson.

No problems with Time Warner here. The few times I've had to call Customer Service it's been good as well.

Same here. I only use their cable intenet service. I've been with them for 2 years with zero major issues.
