Finally got around to canceling my cell phone with AT&T today. Had that same number since 2004. Bought a Verizon phone a while back to compare service, Vz kicks AT&T's ass... Felt good to tell them adios!

I think there are some towers off Ray White/Heritage Trace, but with AT&T I might get 1 bar at home. It gets better if I drive a fedw blocks away from the casa. Had to buy a Microcell just to get enough reception I could be "on call" for work.
Vz beats the crap outa that signal. I get 3 bars, send texts with pictures and video no problem. AT&T would fail sending pictures in a text.

Sure, I can sell it, no need for it any longer.
The microcell is a device thst converts my home internet to a 3G signal, so I can make calls.. Stuoid, but helps...

Yeah, Vz costs more, but being able to use it at home is a nice feature, lol.
