Yeah, I thought about that after posting. My BIL has a 5th wheel on his lease that he towed out once, and will surely never remove. I guess you just have to make sure you don't drive through Alvarado when taking it to the lease!

I'm doing a 2010 5ft wheel today. Just to do some roof maintenance and replace one masonite panel and re- silicone the whole thing for $800. The RV dealer quoted him a price of $2500. Should take all day. Not Hard at all just a bit time consuming.

I bought this today from a storage place, I've seen this trailer parked there for several years. The owner didn't pay his rent so he lost it. I paid $200. Just needs tires and a wash job. I'll pop this thing all day long for $2k easy.
