Saw on the news last night, the driver was related to them! Fucken crazy, still trying to get all the facts, and if it was a coincidence, or there was any argument or what that led to the crash/accident.

Police later arrested Adalberto, an unlicensed driver, Thursday afternoon at a Southeast Dallas apartment complex where investigators learned the suspect is related to the victims.

I have seen many, many people laughing during extremely stressful situations; it doesn't mean they are making light of the situation but it could easily be misunderstood. It is doubtful that they knew that the passengers in the car that struck them were dead as they ran away.
