  • Hail punched my convertible top. Fix?

The overall top is in great shape but the whole car isn't worth it to me to replace the top. Hail punched a hole in the roof and I am wondering about an effective patch that I could do. Something that doesn't look truly horrid but allow me to drive it and keep the weather out. Suggestions?

    No duck tape or asphalt.

I'd use a vinyl patch kit. Easy to use, the one time I used one, it turned out better than I could have hoped, and this was blue seats in my 65 mustang.

Isn't that mainly used for lining the beds of trucks?

Now finding a piece of material suitable...

The Flex-Seal may just do the job.
