On traffic stops, from my experience, you're not arrested on the PC of the smell of marijuana but for the failure to stop at a stop sign or failure to signal etc. Then because they need to inventory the viehicle to have it impounded they find the weed.

The you have a whole other group of folks that just say yup you got me and they go to jail.

Yes, the black chick that answered the door looked at us confused, followed by a huge waft of weed smoke coming out of the apartment. Said she wasnt smoking even though she could barely keep her eyes open. It was fucking pathetic.

I cant evict anyone, but the management office did. The renters agreed to vacate friendly before the eviction, however they went back on their word. So now they are being forcefully evicted which that shit takes something like 10-30 days.

I dont think swating is the best answer. Hard to believe maybe, but I support the rules and laws of our country even if they are not beneficial to my situation at times. If the cops cant do anything about it, and neither can the front office in an expedited manner, then perhaps our laws need adjustment.

I asked the officers if maybe they could approach this in a different method, they are smoking in a non-smoking building, that should be some sort of citation in book. They informed me that the property owners have to enforce it, not them.

I should have more rights as a tenant to break my lease if bullshit like this arises.
