Need advice on flattening out driveway for lowered cars

Two of my cars are now too low to go up my driveway. My driveway is pretty steep, but that's really not the problem. The problem is the dip coming off the street into the drive. When you pull in your front tires go down in the dip and the front bumper will hit the driveway.

I talked to a few companies about fixing it but they all insists I can't because the city owns the "gut line".

It's not really optional, I have to get my cars in the driveway so whether it's a permanent solution or temporary I have to get something done.

Any ideas?

I've seen people lay gravel in a situation like that for a temporary fix,and i dought you'll be touching the "gut line" without Code Inforcement getting involved in a bad way...lol.

Drainage rock 50lb bag is 4 bucks lay a whole bunch and if code enforcement says anything say you spilled it

I'd use some metal grating to flatten out that "gut". Plus it won't stop or impede drainage.

This is DFWM, the only solution is to burn the house down and use the insurance to buy a new one with a better drive way.

Maybe redo the entire driveway with a different slope angle, but that will cost you. The city is going to refuse any modifications to their shit. We wanted to get rid of the curb when I exanded my driveway and expand the entrance ramp as well, but the city said fuck off even though I was will to pay for it. So now I hav an expanded driveway that you have to jump the curb to access if the rest is full. I have a truck so I don't care that much, but would really like a slope there too.

The metal grating seems like the best solution and then maybe re-do the second and third concrete sections that are part of your driveway. Shouldn't be too much and will help. Or move, of course if you are not going to move, I would just un-lower your cars...
