I think we have all made mistakes of some sort or the other.

I saw the video of the cop ramming the kids car. The kids didnt know an off duty cop was following them. It would be wrong for an on duty cop to ram the car. Sounds personal.

How the fuck do you assume that from 4 grainy still pics? The caption identified the guy on his knees as the hurt suspect, not the deceased one. I'm not presuming the LEO isn't going to be guilty of something here, and he should likely face charges. I'll wait until all the evidence has been released though before deciding. For all we know, the kid acted as if he was trying to pull a weapon when the LEO opened fire. The only thing I'm willing to guess on at this point is that the LEO should have only followed and called for backup as opposed to engaging the suspect.

On another note, I wish just once the media would portray the 'suspects/victims' for what they really are -- thugs. I wish they'd interview people who had their cars broken into and track down the kid's past crimes/misadventures all while still reporting the facts about the incident. It's like everyone is an angel, just like Treyvon.

There is a video that some messicans taped from inside their vehicle recording how the bodies were layed out...they were taping on the shell gas station by the pumps before they pulled back out on to marsh ln. They posted it to facebook. Ill see if i can find it again.

That would be much better than the 4 grainy stills posted. I retract my post if it clearly shows otherwise, but grainy stills (and even clear ones) seldom tell the entire story.

If you have facebook, search jose raul cruz and click on latest... Scroll down and you'll see someone posted a vid from inside the car. They have already chopped it up and edited bernie bs propaganda to it though... In other words it isn't the same. This is not the actual shooting vid that they have reportedly got. Its still under investigation.
