    Mine has 210xxx. Stock head bolts and gaskets. Although I did cap off the egr and put an oil cooler on at 175000. Then around 190000 put a set of injectors and hpop on it. I think about getting a newer truck but mine is still great

      I've got two of them. One is egr deleted and exhaust with a low hp tow tune. Been a great truck, two injectors, egr delete, oil cooler, and that is it. 140k miles.

      I'd only buy a low owner count truck. I really like the 6.0 trucks. The other is all stock with 200k and runs fantastic. Leaving it alone other than exhaust and tune.

      I've also got a 2002 7.3. It has a ball bearing turbo, tune, exhaust, filter, and is a turd compared to a tow tuned 6.0. Its a lower mileage truck and I'm keeping it for awhile.

        Well, I am starting to see why these fuckers have such a bad reputation. First off the EGR hose started leaking. Not that big a deal since it was still the orange hose. Swapped it out and all was fine until this morning. Slowly lost power and died on the freeway, won't restart.

        FICM voltage at 48. Code is P2290. Guessing that it just lost the HPOP.

              No idea on the ICP pressures. I have three scan tools and not a damned one of them will read that. No restart at all. Was trying to unplug the ICP to see if it was bad, but they put that fucker in a hell of a place.

                          3/4 tank. I am beyond hulk level rage right now. Was taking the turbo off to get at the ICP and IPR valve and the back turbo bolt broke two of my ratchet wrenches and then rounded the head off. I am fixing to go nuclear with a dremel on it. Soon as I fix it, I am bouncing this mother fucker and getting him a gas truck or a cummins.

                            The turbo debacle is over. Pulled the connector off the ICP and it's full of oil. Think I just found my problem.

                                Grabbed my ankles and went to ford. $187 for an ICP. Fired right up. Crisis averted.
