im not selling mine though, im hoping some others will come in and spruce these things up like i and a few neighbors have done.

I bought the house i originally grew up in, and a lot of neigbors i recognize from the late 80s, once they move out and some young professionals start moving in, i will be able to accurately determine what mine is worth.

I agree with SVO though, i am ~$45,000 into a remodel and i am just OUT of that money. UNTIL i sell it. but for what i have this mortgage for, it would be completely retarded for me to think i am going to sell this and buy something else. my only option would be to start over with a remodel, and without reading the original article, i think thats the problem, i cant buy one as is without some investor scooping it up cash before me.
