Do what I do. Take a 120lbs bucket full of change with you if you think they are going to take you to jail. It is a hoot making them count it. I know we have a few Plano officers on the board so ask them what happened at the jail the last time I pulled that stunt.

I went to the Plano municipal count with the intent of being arrested. Every officer in uniform cleared out when they saw the bucket of change and the court clerks had to go into the PD to find someone to arrest me. A few months later I showed up for a jury trial after being sprayed by a skunk and it emptied the building.

As a matter of fact I do carry the bucket of change with me when I know that I have a traffic warrant but don't get too worked up dude. The last time I did this was around 2003 but the first time I did it was in 1988 at the Lewisville PD (I also carried in a stringer full of fresh caught fish while wearing a speedo and swim fins). Lewisville and Highland Village learned to leave me alone because of doing this sort of thing along with hiring their courts judges to represent me in other matters so they could not hear my charges in their courts.

I planned ahead and had a car parked close by each time I gave any local PD grief. Once Richardson had 8 officers in 4 cars follow me as I walked away from the PD but I did not want them to impound or find my car so I jumped onto the first DART bus to drive by; the look on the officers faces as I boarded the bus was worth the debasement of riding on a DART bus.

Never pay a ticket out right,always go to a traffic ticket attorney and they'll keep it off you record and most likely will be dismissed all together in most cases. If you don't pay the surcharge they will revoke your license 10 days after the due date,not 30 not 60 its not a credit card and they dont fuck around. You'll get this charge once a year for 3 years... oh and yes you can get multiple surcharges for multiple tickets at the same time so quit fucking up,and i firmly believe this should be fucking illegal.

All that = $1000-$2000 for an attorney on the class b and anothe $1000 for an occupational license plus all the time you will be out.
Oh and that surcharge is for 3 years. You will pay what you owe now and without warning the clock will be reset for next year and the year after

This. I can't believe folks still pay tickets outright. Find a good traffic attorney, its not expensive, and contest 100 percent of citations. FTP.
