Do yourself a favor and search the home improvement forum on the Canadien site for a thread started by me "Toile bowl flange". (I misspelled the title).
Take a dremel and cut along the inside (ID) of the flange pipe just below the lip. Remove the broken top portion. Go to Lock Supply and buy a replacement flange that slips inside the old pipe (instead of outside) and your back in business. Had to do it on mine, my brother is a plumber. Good Luck.
