Ginsburg, Kennedy, and Breyer were all born in the 30's.

It is a huge blow to lose Scalia. Not only could his death tip the balance out of our favor, we have lost the most vocal conservative of the bunch. At a minimum, the Overton window will move to the left- even in the event of a right leaning appointment.
