    Terrible. Finally broke down and got a steroid shot yesterday... have been on Allegra and Nasonex daily and still miserable.

        That was the tipping point for me... my right ear has been stopped up for a week--can't hear worth a crap. Depomedrol here I come.

                  Sat. I was fine. Sunday went to can't breath for anything. I couldn't do anything, race season is in less than a month and couldn't work on the kart.

                    Best thing for allergies is not a pill or shot but rather to naturally build up immunity so.....eat your boogers.

                        I'm usually on Zyrtec this time of year for the cedar pollen. Something rolled in last night though and is destroying me. I've got to get something else at lunchtime.
