Lots of places are doing the shake and bake bullshit instead of cooking them with the seasoning. Why sprinkle the seasoning on the shell when it's done cooking if I'm not going to eat the shell? Stay away from tasty tails, aw shucks, and boiling crab if you like the seasoning in the boil
