  • What happens to wrecked police cars/cruisers?

I passed a fenced in lot in Austin with a lot of wrecked state trooper cars but not sure what happens from there. Where do thu go after that? Is there an opportunity to buy wrecks cars or parts from them? I wouldn't expect the sirens or electrical systems to be available but what about other parts?

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Depending on the department they can be piles of shit even if they're not wrecked. Smaller cities tend to run their vehicles ragged before getting rid of them.

This is a funny and accurate response.

2222 is Koenig, and Guadalupe is West of 35, I bet it's the spot I'm thinking of. Sorry, not really anything to add, was just curious.

They take them to Autozone and 4king determines if they can be repaired

They are used to riding in the back seat of them and want to see what it is like to be in the front for a change.

If anybody knows where wrecked ones are, I'm looking for suspension parts from a 07+ Tahoe.
