At lunch, I went by the post office. A couple tweeker looking guys were in front of me, buying almost $500 in stamps, using a check, and had a paper ID that matched the check. The lady at the counter ran it all through, made copies etc. After they left, she told me that it was odd, and explained what took her so long.
So how does that work? I figure it was a stolen check book, but what do you do with that many stamps?
Perhaps these dudes write a hell of a lot of letters.
