There are also plenty of good places on Magnolia now. Fancy drinks at The Usual or Kent and Co for wine, Cane Rosso, Brewed and I love Chimera but it's more bar than restaurant.

Solid plan, that and the Reatta is next door if someone wanted to have a slightly nicer dinner. Nothing wrong with Uno though.

Coincidentally we'll be celebrating our 3rd anniversary this weekend. Not sure exactly where yet though.

but really that belmont hotel idea is the best yet. plenty to do within uber distance and a great view of dallas the whole time.

The Belmont no longer has that killer view of Downtown Dallas since the Sylvan Thirty opened up.
