I had bad luck with the unleashed tune on my EB mustang, car would cut out while cruising and Torrie spent a while trying to fix it but I got impatient and finally asked for a refund, also had some unusual sounds coming from the engine with that tune on it.Interested in being a VIP member and donating to the site? It's plenty capable in factory form. It's plenty capable at 500rwhp. It's on the borderline at 550 or so.
The 11-14's aren't THAT much stronger, but they'll hang in there at 600 for a decent amount of time.
I prefer the 5R in the 6.4 trucks. It's a tank and is cheap/easy to overhaul. In stock spec, it'll hold 650 for a surprisingly long time in a "light" truck

I've used a few different tunes/tuners. I've used the Diablo which had a sick canned tune, but the tuner had its limitations, so I switched to the SXT.
SSI tunes are ridiculous power. In second gear, you can roll in to the throttle and spin them all the way out of that gear, bark 3rd and maybe get a few more chirps as the torque builds and the tires slip, then you bark 4th. The down side to these tunes (SSI) are the negative press (engine issues/failure).
I'm playing it safe and running Unleashed tunes, where the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I love the power of the SSI tune though, tip in is instant, boost spikes at 22.5.
I put a Wagner CAC (a LARGE intercooler), a charge pipe, a filter, and a bullet muffler. The bullet muffler sounds great with an otherwise stock exhaust.

Also stepped up to some 295/60 (34") Toyo ATII's, and did a 2.5" level kit.
I need to put some steps back on it now b/c it's just high enough that I can already tell we're going to start wearing hard on the edge of the seats climbing in & out of it. I still have the factory boards, but don't care for them much...would like to have some of the power steps, but damn they are expensive.70' Chevelle RagTop

They are just bolt on, I spent some extra time running the wiring harness so that it was a little cleaner. Also I went with the direct wire route vs the OBDII plug. Its kind of a PITA to tap into the necessary wires at the BCM under the passenger side dash.

Power steps suck in cold weather climates and if you encounter a lot of mud.
I like the OEM Ford chrome steps. Definitely slippery when wet, but they are WAY lower and more effective than other OEMs, they act as rock/mud guards, and in my old age, I like factory chrome accents.
Trucks without steps look like kids toys to me. Mainly because that's the first thing the youngsters remove from their trucks

the OEM's on my dad's 150 have been flawless
my buddies who were in the oilfield in N Dakota typically went back to OEM or no steps at all on their super duty trucks. mud and freeze doesn't mix well with the AMP type steps
