    So they called the ROC

Zero 35M slots available. They said I could do Geospatial Intel. I said no. So I'm gonna do my physical tomorrow and consider other options outside the army if spots don't open up

Forgive me, I don't speak military jargon.

How is 35M different than something like Psychological Ops (also with airborne)?

35M is an interrogator (in the foreign language they choose to train you in).

              That sounds interesting.

No interest in waiting to see if the other opens up later in the year? When it happened to me it was in January too, maybe a bad time to try for it. When they initially tried to get me to reclass it was June..

If you want a good gig after the military go into air traffic control or into the Naval Nuclear Program. From what I've seen the 35 series guys jobs fucking suck. All they do is sit in a GP medium or Drash and look at shit all day while I am out wrecking shit.

So I went in there expecting to take my physical tomorrow. Got there and my recruiter wasn't there his CO told me to come into his office. Asked how the DLAB went, I told him I passed, he asked if we looked at jobs, I said yes and it was tied up right now. I said I would have no problem waiting for a slot to open up while I PT and explore other options in the army. He said that it is a waste of his time and taxpayer money to take me to get my physical tomorrow if I'm just gonna sit and wait for a job to open up and I should "call back when I'm ready to join the Army"

Lol. Gonna go talk to people tomorrow.

In other news 70+ new Army recruits are heading back to reception battalion because their shitty recruiter didn't prepare them for basic training. Almost all of which will eventually be processed out after hanging out for 90 days with nothing to do.

Offering stupid high bonus for job I don't want= completely fine
