Shit Thats a lot of alcohol! I guess some people arent that affected by alcohol, but i am definitely not one of them. The quality of my thought process is dropped down after a night of drinking, which is the main reason i dont drink at all during the week.

Was warned several years in a row I was pre-diabetic, finally listened and straightened up my diet and got off all cholesterol and triglyceride 'scripts. Have had two hernia surgeries in 2011 & 2013, and one eye procedure for a retinal issue early last fall, all successful. Have done PT for rotator cuff and knee to hopefully avoid any need for further treatments. So far, so good.
