I'm going through this same thing after my wreck, but I'm not the one suing. Ain't no way all 5 people in that car were hurt. You can file an injury claim on the other person's insurance without getting attorneys involved. The fact that you brought an attorney into the equation that includes a vehicle worth only $700 makes you a low life.

If you wanna buy me something newer cool.
