This is what they were like when I saw them on July 28, 1991 (Operation Rock 'n Roll tour with Judas Priest, Alice Cooper, Motorhead, Metal Church, and Dangerous Toys). That was a truly epic show.

I had tickets to a Motorhead show last fall. All the Texas dates were cancelled after he got sick.
Sucks.
What's strange is that he apparently died from cancer and was just diagnosed on 12/26. He had a defibrillator installed a couple of years ago. RIP Lemmy.
