Three things you need to know as a plumber

    1. Shit rolls down hill

    2. Payday is Friday

    3. Don't chew your fingernails.

The conversation before you jumped in with your legs wide open.

      • So youre quoting youeself saying you dont know how it works?! Lmfao...what kinda dipshit argument is that?

        • To say, I was about 8 miles from the tornado. When i went out to my truck the next morning the water rushing down the street at the curb level. (storm sewer full) had they emptied that tower at that hour, the storm sewer in the immediate area (in my head) would over flow.

Now i am sure the other guy was joking, and 91Mike can be dumb, but we all understand there is going to be some plan and coordination.

You're now arguing something that is no longer an emergency situation. We were talking about it as it was happening. You showed up for sloppy seconds ruffdaddy.

Lets put this here for your review.

In your last 2 posts you admitted you didnt know what you were talking about and you know you were wrong in the above quoted post.

So why did your dumbass keep arguing when you clearly didnt know what you were talking about?

Or do you just want to keep distracting from your inadequacies through word play on screen names. How old are you?

No. I don't. The fact most ditches are still full means they are maxed out. Not blocked, give them a day or so and it'll all make its way into the trinity eventually. I know how water works.

                • Right, So if they dump 1,000,000 gallons of water, there is going to be some significant displacement, yeah?

I really wish ruffdiddy would c his way back out of the a & b conversation.

No because 1 million is chump change.

It may be a lot of money but it's not a lot of water.

I don't know what is involved with emptying a tower, but I can imagine it would take a bit of time.

A water main leak would pose a bigger threat.

So you really do think its an instantenous dump of all contents? Thats embarassing...

                      • Dont hide from your dumbassedness, learn from it.

You clearly said it was going to screw stuff up and cause flooding. Stop running away and just say you didnt know what you were talking about.

                        • This is simply not enough to effect large area, like a town or lake.

                          Maybe a city block... Maybe.

                            how could it be?

I know they will shitt off the supply and there will be an emergency drain relief. If there is an emergency situation of this scale, i would think the intent would be to get the water out to a safe level or at least just in the risers, so they could secure it.

During the initial postings it came across as though they wanted to get it drained so they could deem the neighborhood safe for responders and emergency teams and or home owners.

I can't exactly say why this is even a topic now, Surely you dont think there are a team of engineers still standing around out there trying to figure out how to get the water out. I said i wish i knew more about the planning and coordination of something like that. planning, developing a plan. coordination, coordinating with other municipalities/teams of techs, etc, getting that water to that mythical drier part of town. At the time the news was being reported.

The less i type the more your dumbass will reply. So here you go, now's is where you tell us all you're an engineer.

you mean like the city block that that tower is sitting in, and the topic of the original conversation. i was talking about the fucking neghborhood that bitch feeds, not DFW.
