          Storm drains are already maxed out and the ground is already saturated, won't change a damn thing.

                .31 inches in Rockwall, the closest i can find to the area. So at 1/3 of an inch that would equate to about 200.7 million gallons according to USGS.

                            Adding to that..him and 91 think that all drainage is at max capacity as if theyre holding tanks.
