Wife was shopping at Walmart yesterday, security guy catches perv guy taking pics and busts him. Anyone know what the punishment is for "InvaVisual Recording FS". Almost sounds like a slap on the wrist.

I only wish she had caught him in the process before the security guy intervened. She probably would have kicked his skull in while on the floor.... he was caught crawling under a clothes rack while extending his arm(with phone) out to take the pic.

We have had two people arested for the same thing in the 2 years i have been at this store. Both were painfully obvious. Like they didnt care if they got caught. Not sure what the actual charges were, but the police did take them in.
