They called them. Although the order of how this all happened is what I don't get. From what I understand, after they were done with the perv they escorted him out the front door before the cops showed up. He left on foot, then at some point jumped in a truck and took off. But he didn't get far because that's when the cops caught up to him. I would think they'd hold him till the cops arrived.

I asked her to have the security guy check the phone to see if it's set to sync to the cloud but it was too late.

First shot showed him holding his phone in front of him from about 25-30 feet away. Second shot he was about 12-15 feet. The next several shots consisted of this mother fucker crawling on all fours between the clothes racks to get closer. Then the last shots were of him crawling under a clothes rack to get the money shot. Who the fuck does that? I only wish I would've been there to cut this bitch.

And for all of you inconsiderate pricks, the wife is fine. Her anxiety shot through the roof and her level of trust for a certain type of people will probably never come back but she'll be ok. This type of crap tends to find her somewhat frequently...for those that might remember, she was held up at gun point at another walmart a few years ago.

They really can't, at least not in this situation. There is a "shopkeeper's privilege" that allows them to detain a shoplifter while investigating, but even that has its limits. Doing it for a freelance National Geographic hobbyiest doesn't fly.
