What happened on I35 in Ft Worth this morning?

    What happened on I35 in Ft Worth this morning?

    I was on I35W nearing marker 49 when traffic came to a dead stop. I re-routed to exit 51A and as I went over 35 I could see many police cars blocking all lanes between exits 51A and 51C but there was not an accident. Clear road for as far North as I could see after those exits as well. This was just before 10AM or right about there.
    Was their something going on like a police chase or shooting or something?
    Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

    Police stopped traffic so,the chicken could cross the road

      Svo was changing a flat. Police were assisting him and did not want to take a chance of anyone getting a picture of the celebrity in a time of distress.

          Close maybe. We stopped 35 N and SB for 15 minutes one random morning so someone could run some fiber optic cable over the highway on the bridge a few weeks ago. It was right at 10am also.

            Did you see a big group of motorcycles being escorted?? I saw this as i was headed towards Lewisville this morning. They weren't letting any traffic on 35.
