the CIA, remember the "terrorist kid" who was going to bomb one of the federal buildings downtown a few years ago. The FBI had him on the hook for months, met him multiple times, and gave him the fake bomb. Set him up to think it would go off then arrested him.

Of course you'd say it was the CIA. Obama had nothing to do with it, right?
