      Thanks in advance
I would start by avoiding those two.

Im an agent. I've been gone a lot here lately due to an extremely sick child and am scheduled to return to full time this week with his return to school on Tuesday. Pick my brain all ya want, if you would like to.

Be sure you are asking for replacement cost on the dwelling and contents. If at all possible get foundation water damage, accidental seepage and leakage, and no deductible over 1% or theyre on crack

For starters, theres you a few questions to be aware of.

The only way to qualify for the AARP discounts is to be 55 and over very few here meet this.

Farmer's came in at $2,087 for more coverage than we had before. Now with saying all that, we have not had a claim with Farmer's so I cant tell you what kind of customer service they have when you have a claim.
            Jesus Christ!!

Mine was $980 a year and I've got some pretty damn good coverage through Farmers....

I don't have any first hand experience with them, but doesn't Primerica shop for the best rates for you?

We ended up with Farmers, dwelling cvg 241K=1130 annual prem.
Might seem a little high but coming from Florida we wanted the most coverage possible and able to afford it.
Amica was the lowest but did not care for the 2% deductible (Mtg Co. would not allow this)
Travelers was another company we were recommended but similar cvg=1400
State Farm was highest quote even though we have been with them for 20+years with all our cars.
