I just watched the video, what a dumb fucking kid.
Cops are yelling at me with a ton of guns in my face, I fucking follow directions, and he had his hand in his pocket (it appears?) Guess they could have tazed him, but if he had a gun in his pocket who knows a taze could have had him shoot himself anyways or still fire the gun uncontrollably.
